Whether you are brand new to yoga or just getting back to your practice after a long break, this 7-day challenge will get you to tune into your body, relieve tension and stress, increase flexibility and strength, and build self-awareness. You will be introduced to basic yoga poses, infused with some dynamic mobility exercises, and with plenty of modifications offered to find a version that works for your body, no matter where you're at.
This challenge is open to anyone interested in nourishing their body, mind and spirit. All body types and ages welcome! *If you have any serious injuries I suggest you check in with your physician first before joining.
WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE GETTING STARTED:
It is best to have a yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks and a strap. If you don't have a mat you can use a carpet, blanket or towel. Blocks can be replaced with heavy books, and a strap can be replaced with a belt or scarf.
