Have you always shied away from arm balances? Well now is your time to fly! In this all-levels workshop, we will work our way through crow pose and side crow, two beginner-friendly arm balances. At the very least, you'll walk away from this class having refined your chaturanga and building core and arm strength, all essential elements to balancing in your crow! Expect a strong warm-up, followed by breaking down and playing around with options in these poses, and wrapping up with a good stretch and well deserved rest.
