What kind of classes are going
to be included?
The majority of classes in the membership will be for all levels. That means that within any given class I will offer variations to modify your practice whether you are looking for more or less intensity. Obviously, I cannot offer every single modification out there and it may be the case that some classes simply will not be suitable for you in this moment. It is my hope that as we shape this membership together you will find plenty of classes that do work for you, and disregard the ones that don't.
Since most of the content will be presented as "journeys," the most challenging class will be at the end of the series, with all of the previous classes in that series designed to make the final class more accessible to you. However, within that final class I will still offer options to modify the intensity.
Please note that "all-levels" implies a huge diversity of practitioners. While I will do my best to offer something for all, I am learning every day who you are and what your needs are, so I encourage you to keep me informed on how your practice evolves and what you are looking for!
The monthly topics will range from themes such as a peak pose to topics that are more conceptual such as cultivating joy. All classes will increase flexibility, strength and mobility as well as cultivate self-awareness and mindfulness.
For very specific topics that may not pertain to the majority, please stay tuned for special workshops and classes on my youtube channel. I want you to know that I am listening to your requests and although I may not be able to offer a class on your specific request right away, it is all in the queue. Lastly, I will also share tips, modifications and specific tutorials either on my youtube channel or in the membership facebook group.

The classes in the membership will vary in length depending on the purpose of the topic and your requests. Some people have asked for longer classes, others enjoy a short one, so I want you to know, I've got you all covered!
The classes will all be vinyasa or yin style as that is what I am trained in. This may change someday if I acquire additional training. However, if you are looking for classes in other styles then this membership may not be for you.
You do not have to do every class offered in the membership. Some of you may be here only for the vinyasa, others for the yin, and others will appreciate both. Eventually, this will become a huge library of classes and it will become impossible to do all of them, but it is my hope that by offering a variety, you will find classes that work for you. You will have lifetime access to all of the classes ever uploaded as long as you remain a member so you can always choose to go back to favorites or classes that you missed.
You also do not have to do the classes as a journey. Each class is also designed to be a stand-alone class. The progression is there for you if you wish to take advantage, but it is not necessary.
If you are looking for a variety of teachers than this membership may not be for you. I may occasionally invite guest teachers but the majority of the classes will be taught by me.

Take a sneak peak at our
class content for Month 1
This series is inspired by a beautiful peak pose called Mermaid Pose.
The keywords in this title are “Journey Towards.” Try not to focus too much on this pose as an end result but rather as inspiration for exploring all of the elements embodied within it. The practices in this series will primarily increase flexibility, strength and mobility in the hips, quads, glutes, spine and shoulders. This can lead to improved posture and relieve tension in the back, hips, and in some cases even the knees. As a heart opener, the journey towards this pose also invites us to tap into our innate courage, openness, and loving-kindness towards ourselves and others.
As with all yoga classes additional benefits are increased body awareness and concentration, conscious movement, inner peace and joy. Although I have laid out the class topics based on physical qualities, conscious breathing, mindfulness, and connection to one's inner experience is woven into all of these practices.
*Please note that the peak pose is quite an advanced pose that may not be accessible to all, so I have included a modified version of it, supported with blocks, that should be accessible to most while still offering many of the same benefits. I have chosen a challenging pose as inspiration for this journey to remind us that yoga is not about the 5 minutes or less that you might be in a particular pose but rather about everything that happens along the way.

60-minute yin: hip flexibility and backbend prep
45-minute vinyasa: upper back and shoulder openers
50-minute yin: quad, hip and hamstring flexibility
50-minute vinyasa: hips, quads, glutes, hamstrings
60-minute vinyasa: hip mobility flow
60-minute vinyasa: Peak Pose - Mermaid
+ variations / modifications for pigeon pose
+ 20-minute sneak-peak class at next month's topic
How to approach this series:
These classes can either be done in the suggested order or in any order that best serves you! The final peak pose class is the most challenging and all of the previous classes are designed to make that final class more accessible to you. You might even consider practicing the previous classes several times before doing the peak pose class. You may also choose not to follow this journey and just pick whichever classes you are most interested in.
Keep in mind that the yin style of yoga can support your flexibility in the vinyasa practices, so if you are aiming to increase your flexibility, these are good to do before the vinyasa practices. The more regularly you practice yin the more likely you will see these benefits show up! In my own experience, after practicing yin almost every day for a whole month my flexibility increased like I had never felt before!
If you are looking for a longer practice all of these classes can be combined. For example you could do the two 45 minute vinyasa classes together (one focuses more on the upper body and the other on the lower) or you could do a yin class followed by a vinyasa class.
